Well, I find myself in the midst of the third day of this Isagenix 9 Day Cleanse and am enjoying tremendous results! The first day resulted in a loss of 5.8 lbs. Great start! Second day slightly less with 2.2, Which is certainly not too bad. That is a total loss of 8lbs for just two days. It truly isn’t only about weight loss though. the 9 Day Cleanse targets the removal of toxins from the body enabling me to not simply lose the weight and “find” it again, but to keep it gone forever! Plus, the added benefit of how I feel right now is something everyone longs for: More energy and clarity of thought. I already have more “go”,feel less “foggy”, and feel like my concentration level has increased.
Well, lets see what tomorrow brings as i enter into day 4! I so look forward to how I feel each day, as well as seeing the results on the scale!
